Description
The Muncie A20-A1008-HX1AAPX or A20A1008HX1AAPX is a medium-duty, 10-bolt clutch shift power take-off engineered specifically for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend service life, and the increased-diameter output shaft adds durability under sustained load. A rotatable pump flange and a shift cover with 360-degree rotation simplify installation and plumbing, while reduced leak paths keep maintenance intervals manageable. The unit accommodates three housing arrangements and accepts the EX Drive shaft extension, making it adaptable across a range of truck body and hydraulic configurations.
