Description
The Chelsea 892HAFJW-D5XS or 892HAFJWD5XS is a hydraulic PowerShift power take-off assembly engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and positions the pump output rearward of the transmission, providing improved clearance between the PTO and the frame rail. The output shaft is SAE C type with the extended XS configuration for added pump clearance, and all 892 Series units use Wet Spline Technology to protect shaft splines in demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque capacity reaches up to 670 ft-lb (verify actual rating against application data); intermittent torque is rated above 501 ft-lb and 501 Nm. Output power exceeds 56 HP at rated speed.
