Description
The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890LGFJW-B5XS or 890LGFJWB5XS, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. Its 10-bolt mounting positions the SAE C output flange to the rear of the transmission, moving the pump away from the frame rail for improved clearance without a separate extension tube. The main shaft is a single one-piece unit, which eliminates the input splines between the PTO body and the output. A wet-spline output (designated “W”) lubricates the pump shaft interface to reduce wear in continuous-duty service. Continuous torque rating reaches 670 lb-ft; shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The unit engages via Hydraulic PowerShift.
