Description
The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 871XBFJP-D5RS or 871XBFJPD5RS, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) PTO rated for continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty service. Designed for Allison transmission applications, it carries a 25/39 gear ratio and uses pressure lube with wet spline pump flange lubrication to extend PTO and pump shaft life. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces the damaging vibrational effects of modern engine designs. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers flexibility across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper cleaner platforms.
