Description
The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XAQTW-D5RY or 871XAQTWD5RY, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic-shifted) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give it broad application coverage across fire and rescue, refuse, pumper cleaner, and truck crane installations. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and the o-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap reduces vibration-related wear. Optional features include Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart for reduced shock load at start-up, Quiet Gear input, and Electronic Overspeed Control (EOC).
