Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZFDAX-S5XK or 489ZFDAXS5XK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening with a one-piece cast iron housing that eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing installation time and potential leak paths. This unit uses wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers an intermittent torque rating of 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) for the 489 Series. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key is supported by tapered bearings for increased load capacity. Compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manual transmissions with an 8-bolt aperture.
