Description
The Chelsea 489XUITX-H3XK or 489XUITXH3XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible units. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm). Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft is available with key. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series, supporting broader parts availability.
