Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUDUX-W3XD or 489XUDUXW3XD, mounts directly to 8-bolt transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible manual transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts to the transmission face without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft supports up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
