Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUAHX-W6XD or 489XUAHXW6XD, fits manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible units. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, removing a common leak path. Shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical actuation. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key delivers up to 250 lb-ft intermittent torque and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Strong tapered bearings provide greater load-bearing capability compared to needle bearing designs.
