The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUAHX-A3XQ or 489XUAHXA3XQ, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path compared to flanged adapter designs. This unit delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range, with shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round configuration.
