Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XLAHX-A6XD or 489XLAHXA6XD, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and others. Its one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate required on many competing designs, reducing potential leak paths. The wire/cable mechanical shift delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range, with an application-specific rating of 250 lb-ft. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key accepts a wide range of hydraulic pump and accessory drives. Shaft power runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
