Description
The Chelsea 489XLAHX-A5XK or 489XLAHXA5XK is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating an extra potential leak path. Shift is wire/cable mechanical, with an electric-over-air option available in the series. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft (with key) delivers up to 48 HP at 1000 RPM, and intermittent torque for the 489 Series is rated at 201-300 lb-ft.
