Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XFITX-W6XD or 489XFITXW6XD, mounts directly to 8-bolt manual transmission openings including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. Wire/cable mechanical shift operates the unit, and the 1-1/4″ round output shaft (with key) transfers power in applications from dump trucks to aerial and utility equipment. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
