Description
The Chelsea 489XFITX-V3XD or 489XFITXV3XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly engineered for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM, with intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range. Strong tapered bearings replace needle bearings for greater load-bearing capability. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
