Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFAHX-T5XQ or 489XFAHXT5XQ, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. Output power ranges from 46 to 55 HP (31 to 40 kW), with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key accepts a wide range of pump configurations. Compatible transmissions include Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec among others.
