Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XFAHX-A3RE or 489XFAHXA3RE, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible units. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path versus adapter-based installations. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft is available with key. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
