Description
The Chelsea 489XFAHX-A3RB or 489XFAHXA3RB is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. Shift operation is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
