Description
The Chelsea 489XCITX-V3RB or 489XCITXV3RB is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO mounting aperture, including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing mounts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating that potential leak path. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers an intermittent torque rating in the 201-300 lb-ft range (check application pages for your specific rating). Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. Shaft power runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common to the Chelsea 442 Series.
