Description
The Chelsea 489GUITX-A3XD or 489GUITXA3XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the adapter plate found on some installations and reducing potential leak paths. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4″ round output shaft with keyway. The 489 Series carries the same torque capacity as the 442 Series, with intermittent torque ratings in the 201-300 lb-ft range.
