Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489GRAHX-P5RF or 489GRAHXP5RF, is an 8-bolt PTO assembly designed for manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec. The integral one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the 8-bolt transmission opening, eliminating the need for an adapter plate and reducing potential leak paths. This unit runs a wire/cable mechanical shift and features a 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
