Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489GRAHX-P3XK or 489GRAHXP3XK mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and Tremec units. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path at that joint. Intermittent torque rating for the 489 Series is 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); shaft power is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and runs pressure lube (P designation).
