Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GQITX-A5XK or 489GQITXA5XK, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO designed for 8-bolt manual transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible transmissions. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission aperture, eliminating the adapter plate and its associated leak path. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. The 489 Series delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series at 250 lb-ft, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
