Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GQAHX-V5XK or 489GQAHXV5XK, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Volvo, Mack, and others. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. Output is a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power delivery is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are common with the Chelsea 442 Series.
