Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489GQAHX-A3XE or 489GQAHXA3XE, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on compatible manual transmissions including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other makes. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, which removes a potential leak path compared to multi-piece designs. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with keyway. Shift is accomplished via wire/cable mechanical actuation. The 489 Series delivers intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and shaft power of 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
