Description
The Chelsea 282 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 282XMAJX-R3RK or 282XMAJXR3RK, is an 8-bolt, medium-duty hot shift PTO rated for up to 300 lb-ft of continuous torque. It ships with a 1-1/4″ round output shaft keyed with a 5/16″ key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) shift operation. The integral air valve and rotatable flanges simplify installation on transmissions from Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and other manufacturers. Shaft power output reaches 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. The optional Wet-Spline lubrication and Smart Start feature make it well-suited for aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
