The Chelsea 282 Series was developed as a redesign of the medium-duty hot-shift PTO platform, incorporating upgraded internal components to handle continuous or intermittent torque up to 300 lb-ft. The series offers nine speed ratios and eighteen shift options. Direct-mount outputs are available with optional Wet-Spline technology to extend PTO and pump shaft service life. Driveshaft output configurations include a positive stop to help prevent seal damage from driveshaft yokes.
