Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off, part number 489XFITX-A5XK or 489XFITXA5XK, is an 8-bolt PTO assembly designed to mount directly to the 8-bolt opening on manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec models. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, reducing potential leak paths and cutting installation time. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. Intermittent torque capacity for the 489 Series is 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm); shaft power is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1000 RPM.
