Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off 489XSAHX-A5GH or 489XSAHXA5GH is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built on an 8-bolt mounting pattern for direct fitment to most manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec without an adapter plate. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series, rated at 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm) intermittent. The output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key. Shaft power is rated at 24 HP (18 kW) at 500 RPM and 48 HP (36 kW) at 1000 RPM, in the 46-55 HP output power range. Lubrication designation X indicates no pressure lube.
