Description
The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880DMMCX-V6GS or 880DMMCXV6GS, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO designed for heavy-duty applications including fire trucks, oil field equipment, bulk haulers, aerial units, and large recovery trucks. The output shaft is a 1-1/2″-10T spline with a 1410 companion flange, rated for intermittent torque up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm). Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. The 880 Series fits a wide range of manual transmissions from Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller. The cast iron housing, constant mesh input gears, and removable shift cover are built for the demands of high-torque, variable-speed service.
