Description
The Chelsea 892 Series Power Take-Off, part number 892CEFJW-B3CF or 892CEFJWB3CF, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions, including the Allison 4700. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern with an additional rear bracket for support, positioning the SAE C output flange at the rear of the transmission to create clearance between the pump and the frame rail. Continuous-duty torque reaches up to 670 ft-lbs; intermittent torque is rated at 501+ lb-ft. Shaft power output is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM. The wet-spline output shaft protects spline engagement under demanding duty cycles. The one-piece main shaft eliminates intermediate input splines, and the clutch locates at the rear of the housing so the gear section sits tight against the transmission.
