Description
The Chelsea 489GRAHX-V3XD or 489GRAHXV3XD is a 489 Series Power Take-Off assembly built for manual transmissions with an 8-bolt mounting aperture, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a potential leak path. Output is through a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key, and shift actuation is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series carries the same 250 lb-ft intermittent torque capacity as Chelsea’s 442 Series, with shaft power rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
