Description
The Chelsea 272 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 272XSESX-P3RS or 272XSESXP3RS, is a 6-bolt hot-shift PTO designed for medium-duty hydraulic and pneumatic applications. It features a 1-1/4″ round output shaft with a 5/16″ key and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Ford, Aisin, Volvo/Mack, and RAM, among others. Shift is pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic). Continuous torque capability reaches 300 lb-ft (407 Nm); intermittent torque is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm). Output power exceeds 56 HP (41-50 kW). The 272 Series consolidates several earlier Chelsea medium-duty PTO lines into one platform, with an integral air control valve included.
