Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489ZLDAX-A5AF or 489ZLDAXA5AF, mounts directly to 8-bolt transmission openings on Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other compatible manual transmissions without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. This unit uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and delivers a 1-1/4″ round output shaft with key. Intermittent torque for the 489 Series is rated at 201-300 lb-ft (301-400 Nm), matching the torque capacity of Chelsea’s 442 Series. Shaft power output is 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
