Description
The Chelsea 890 Series Power Take-Off, part number 890HBFJW-G5XK or 890HBFJWG5XK, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and uses a one-piece main shaft, eliminating the input splines between the PTO and the output extension. The clutch sits at the rear of the PTO housing, allowing the gear section to tuck tightly against the transmission and position the SAE C pump output flange toward the rear of the transmission for improved clearance. Wet-spline technology protects the PTO and pump shaft splines under continuous load. Continuous-duty torque is rated up to 670 ft-lb, with shaft power reaching 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
