Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUAHX-A6AF or 489XUAHXA6AF, is a wire/cable mechanical shift PTO built on an 8-bolt mount that bolts directly to the transmission opening without an adapter plate, eliminating a common leak path. Compatible with Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO aperture. The one-piece cast iron housing delivers the same intermittent torque capacity as the 442 Series. Output shaft is a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key. Shaft power measures 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM, with output power in the 46-55 HP range.
