Description
The Chelsea 282GBAJX-A3XD is a 282 Series medium-duty hot-shift Power Take-Off assembly, also referenced as 282GBAJXA3XD. The 282 Series mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and is available with pneumatic or hydraulic (PowerShift) shift. The series supports intermittent torque ratings from 201 to 300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm) and delivers up to 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Output shaft options across the 282 Series include a 1-1/4″ round shaft with 5/16″ key and a 1″ round shaft with 1/4″ key. Rotatable flanges, an integral air valve, and a wet-spline option for extended PTO and pump shaft life are hallmarks of this series. Common applications include aerial equipment, towing and recovery, water trucks, construction equipment, and home fuel oil delivery.
