Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUAHX-A3RB or 489XUAHXA3RB, mounts directly to an 8-bolt transmission opening on compatible manual transmissions including Eaton Fuller, Mack, and Tremec applications. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the need for an adapter plate, removing a potential leak path. Output is through a 1-1/4″ round shaft with key. Shift is wire/cable mechanical. The 489 Series shares internal parts with the Chelsea 442 Series, and the kit-style design simplifies service. Output power for the series runs 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM.
