Description
The Chelsea 871XEFJW-D5RY or 871XEFJWD5RY is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic) Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. The 871 Series carries a continuous torque rating up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous-duty use. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit broad application coverage across fire and rescue, truck cranes, pumper cleaner, and refuse truck work. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than the gray iron cap used on predecessor designs, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load and resists vibrational effects from modern engine configurations.
