Description
The Chelsea 489 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 489XUAHX-A3XY or 489XUAHXA3XY, mounts directly to manual transmissions with an 8-bolt PTO opening, including Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and Tremec. The one-piece cast iron housing eliminates the adapter plate common on other designs, reducing potential leak paths. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4″ round output shaft (with key) handles intermittent torque in the 201-300 lb-ft range and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Internal parts are shared with the Chelsea 442 Series.
