Description
The Chelsea 880 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 880XJAHX-A5AF or 880XJAHXA5AF, is an 8-bolt, lever mechanical shift PTO built for high-torque, heavy-duty service. It delivers up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque and is rated for continuous operation with a 30% de-rating. Output is through a 1-1/2″-10T spline shaft fitted with a 1410 companion flange, making it compatible with standard driveline setups. Shaft power output reaches 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Volvo/Mack, Allison, and Eaton/Fuller units with an 8-bolt aperture. The removable shift cover simplifies backlash adjustment during installation. Typical applications include bulk haulers, fire trucks, oil field equipment, winch systems, and large recovery trucks.
